01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 96win. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 96win ("We" or "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 96win platform — whether through the 96win.wine website, the Android mobile app, the iOS app, or any related platform — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. We reserve the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version in effect.

02Member Eligibility

The 96win platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all stated requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and on every subsequent use of the platform.
• You are a lawful resident or citizen of Malaysia, or an individual permitted to use the platform in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• You are registering and using the platform in a personal capacity, and not as a representative, agent, or proxy of any third party.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services under your local laws.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the platform freely without coercion.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of any 96win employee or associated business partner.

03Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 96win platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, mobile number, email address, and any other required details. False or misleading information provided during registration or the KYC (Know Your Customer) process may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 96win customer support immediately.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain limits.

04Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

96win supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking, e-wallets, and instant bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed KYC requirements. 96win reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawal amounts. Approved withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

96win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, weekly rebates, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Every promotion has a set validity period — expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• 96win reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or promotional fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

06Game Rules

All games on the 96win platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent third parties to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of confirmed technical failure.

• Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• The use of bots, automated software, AI tools, or any unauthorized method to play is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 96win reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the account balance.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.
• Live Casino games are subject to additional rules set by the respective game providers.

07Member Responsibilities

As a 96win member, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. You agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other members, or the reputation of 96win.

• Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing your account, password, or login credentials with any other individual is strictly prohibited.
• Making payments using another person's credit card or payment method without their valid authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward customer support staff will not be tolerated.

09Account Suspension & Termination

96win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or at the request of legal authorities.

• Temporary suspension may occur during an investigation into suspicious account activity. Account funds will be preserved throughout the investigation period.
• Permanent termination may result in the forfeiture of funds associated with fraudulent activity or serious violations of our terms.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using the same identity or payment method.

10Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The 96win platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to ensure the service remains available and fully functional, we do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or downtime.

• 96win is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or use of the platform in breach of these terms.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• 96win's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount of your unused deposit at the time of the claim.
• We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party game providers operating under our platform.

11Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

96win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-app notifications or email, but your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 96win platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
